Competition - Terms & Conditions

• VenueCloud is not the Promoter of this competition.
• Employees of VenueCloud, the Promoter, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the promotion shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
• VenueCloud and the Promoter reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• The closing date will be specified in the promotional material. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
• The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The winner(s) must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
• Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date containing details of the competition ("Promotional Material").
• The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by contacting the promoter.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
• By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoter may add you to their regular email list. Your details will not be passed to third parties. You will be able to unsubscribe from the Promoter’s service by contacting the Promoter.
